• To order, or to enquire about delivery cost or availability please eMail us at: mail@brianpage.co.uk  quoting the stock number(s) of the item(s) you are interested in.  Please remember to tell us which country you are in so we can calculate the delivery cost, if applicable.

  GUARANTEE

All of our items are Guaranteed to be Genuine and of the Period Stated.

• We guarantee all items to be genuine and of the period stated; our guarantee has no time limit. We do our best to accurately describe each item and to ensure that our photographs show each item from all angles. With more than 55 years experience dealing in Asian Art & Antiques with retail premises here in Brighton we are pleased to offer our customers this guarantee without time limit. A genuine antique is, of course, genuine for all time and not just for ten days or a month and so sellers not offering such a guarantee as ours should possibly be avoided. Our guarantee covers the original purchase price and shipping cost (if applicable). 
  All items for sale are available to view at our gallery.

  PAYMENT OPTIONS                            

           Full payment options and instructions will be emailed to you upon receipt of an order.     

• For transactions totaling less than GBP 2,000, at our discretion, we accept direct payment by credit and debit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex). Your card details can be sent to us in total confidence using our secure server, the link to which will be emailed to you upon receipt of an order.
  
  For transactions totalling GBP 2,000 or more please see "Other payment methods" below.
  
  

• We do NOT accept payment by Paypal; as a well-established legitimate business with our own card processing facilities we accept direct payment by credit or debit card without the need to use Paypal or other expensive internet payment intermediaries. 
  
  

• Other payment methods:   
  Internet bank transfer (UK customers who have an on-line banking facility).
  Cheque (known UK customers only, and time must be given for the cheque to clear).
  Wire / telegraphic bank transfer (overseas customers).
  Cash (paid in person at our gallery).
  
  

• As we are in the U.K. payments can only be accepted in Sterling (GBP).

  SHIPPING / OVERSEAS IMPORTS

• Overseas customers.  We cannot be responsible for any possible import restrictions, conditions or taxes in other countries so overseas buyers should always ensure, prior to purchase from us, that there will be no problems with importing any items bought from us. It is your responsibility, as the "Importer", to comply with any local customs conditions and possible import taxes & duties. Any goods delayed or lost resulting from your local customs conditions is your responsibility and cannot be a reason to claim a refund or non-receipt. Any such losses or delays are not covered by our shipping insurance.
  
  

• Whenever possible, multiple purchases are packed together to minimise shipping costs.
  
  

• Estimates of shipping costs can be quoted at any time. Of course, you also have the option of arranging for your own packer and shipper to collect your purchase from us after we have received payment.

   SHIPPING INSURANCE

• This is optional and is charged at 2% of the total cost with no minimum charge. 
  
  

• The insurance cost is automatically added to the total amount due unless we are advised that insurance is not required.

Note: for unusually large and/or fragile items we may be unable to offer our own packing and shipping service in which case we shall ask you to instruct an independent shipper to collect, pack and ship the item. For some such items we may still be able to pack and ship the item ourselves but would not be able to offer insurance cover.
